Wowhead shows roughly a billion ads a month, so screening them isn't really a possibility. What we do instead is block certain types of ads by category (ie, no ads that make noise, no popups, no ads with sound) etc. The trouble is every now and then an ad will sneak by the filters, so when that happens just send us a report (as detailed in the
post
that Skyfire linked) and we'll go in and get them pulled. :)
