So
my rogue
is 51/18/2 and using IP/DP. I've noticed that for quite a few people, IP procs do more damage than melee swings (
for example
).
I, however, am not running into this >.> My Melee swings are doing more damage atm than my IP procs. I do not have a screenshot or a log, but I don't see what I'm doing too wrong anyways.
I open with Garrote, HfB, SnD, Tricks on tank (initial burst), Mut x 2, Cold Blooded, Envenom. From there I do Mut (4+ CP) and Envenom (no, my SnD does not wear off), refreshing HfB and Tricks on a DPS whenever possible. Am I doing it wrong? O_o
I don't get it >.>

Why does it matter?
Coldkil has almost double your hit rating and possibly more haste.

Your below the poison hit cap, besides that I don't see anything wrong.
this
as hfb, hit is your most important stat until you are spell capped, then expertise (generally), then spreadsheet

then expertise (generally)
Seconded, EP for Expertise was 2.16+ for me when I'm under the cap D:

my hit rating got boosted by my new back/ring, im going to lose at least 95 when i change my pyrite infuser (anyway i'm planning to get BotOG).
anyway hit is becoming valuable even after spell hit cap, due to near 100% uptime of envenom buff; this means a lots of poisons procs.

yup for a poison to proc u have to hit the mob, more hit = more poison procs (with deadly at 5 stacks).
