Poison hit cap

I've been trying to find some info on what exactly the poison hit cap for rogues is with 5/5 precision and 5/5 vile poisons. Is it still 315? I've been having some trouble reaching 300 hit with the itemization on leather gear as well as t7 gear.

I believe it's down to 200 something, but not too sure. You may be able to find it by browsing the stickies at the top of this forum. Lots of great info in there.
