Power of Elemental totems!

i have noticed that there is not a new rank to the fore or earth elementals. Do the totems adjsut to your lvl and give the elemental added hp/dmg, or do they stay the same as when you originally got them? If they do not scale to your lvl, then it seems as though they start to fade out and become useless. The elementals are great for a raid to throw up on a particularly tuff boss, and really add a nice deminsion to the class. Even adding a little dps to a boss fight from a healer who can throw down a totem that brings some nice damage along!
