Premium Subscription Problem

I signed up for 12 month premium subscription but got this error message after I clicked the "Upgrade" button:
"We are unable to authorize this transaction at this time. Please make sure you are using either a visa or master card and that the name and address you filled in match those found on the card's billing statement. The following error prevented us from processing your transaction:
You may use the browser's back button to verify the information you entered."
The payment was sent (checked my credit card statement) but my account wasn't upgraded and I didn't get any email.

The problem was solved after I contacted the site support by email so thank you for your help.
