For the longest time I've wondered what exactly
Improved Power Word: Fortitude
does. It says it increases the effect by 30%. So at lvl 80 you can buff fort increasing stamina by 165, if your spec'd into it the buff
in the spellbook
it SAYS it buffs 214, but when I buff myself and others it still says 165...
Whats the deal with that.. are they getting that extra stam or not .. does it only apply to me? I dont get it.
In addition does
Improved Inner Fire
increase the amount of spellpower gained or is it only the armor and charges. Without it spec'd inner fire increases spellpower by 120, with it spec'd amount of charges is clear to see... you get 12 more.
'Increased effect' 15% is applied to what ?

The tooltips do not show the "increase" per your talent points. That is to say, PW:F will show up on a user as being Stam +165,
however
, it is actually at 214, if you are specced for it, even if it doesn't read as such. (If you are concerned, find a priest that doesn't have it specced. Have them buff someone, wait a moment, then you buff that same person- you will see their health increase slightly).
However, I am not sure on the Imp. Inner Fire. I don't have that specced, but that does bring up a valid point and makes me curious if it is an increase to armor, spellpower, or both.
