in my tests 0/30/40+1 was incredibly close to 0/41/30. however, 30/40 will scale better with more spellpower from gear while 41/30 has a head start with crit.
it looks like 30/40 will win out eventually but at 12 eipcs my gear isn't good enough to show any difference. my gear is decent but not wonderful. it may be that someone in a full set of current game epics could show the difference between the specs or it may be that we're waiting for new gear from new content for that.
