Problem with payment

First of all hello to all wow players.I haven't logged in to my account for 2 years(approximately) and i tried to log in an hour ago but when i tried to submit a game card that's what was displayed :
"Greetings! The ability to add a payment has been turned off on this account. This could be due to a payment issue that is being investigated or to a permanent closure of this account (check your account status). If you believe that this could be related to a payment issue, could you please contact our Billing Support team via
www.wow-europe.com/en/support/with
the following information:"
HOWEVER,my account status is just
frozen
so it's definitely not banned.What should i do to take back my account?

I don't think there's anything the people here can do for you except perhaps give you a hint of what might be wrong.
Even then, you still need to contact Blizzard Billing Support it sounds like to fix the issue.

Sounds like your account was POSSIBLY hacked and got banned for selling gold or characters. If you haven't played in 2 years and haven't logged into your battle.net accound online, there is no telling.
