They all give about +80, while BS will give you +100 because of using epic gems and JC will give you 51 because of them.
Reading that link will also show you the other perks they have. If you don't feel like spending some gold for an extra 20 stats, then don't.

The Engineering glove tinker averages out to +80 agility, but if you line it up with cooldowns or procs it can perform better than a flat +80 bonus. It also has the shield or Nitro on belt and parachute on cloak for utility.
