Prot farming/raiding spec - Looking for opinions

I recently hit level 80 and I'm looking to work on a finalized spec for my Tankadin. I'd like to get some opinions on various talents to help in getting specced out.
A bit of background: I'm in a guild whose two primary healers are Druids. I'll be either MT or OT in most end game raids, swapping places with a Warrior or another Paladin as needed. However, we're a casual raiding guild (meaning we only raid one or two nights a week at most), and so I have a lot of off-time that I use for farming and instances/heroics (or dabbling in PvP, but that's a different story).
With that in mind, here's what I'm looking at:
Improved Devotion Aura: Since the healing effect doesn't stack with the tree aura, is it worth the three points solely for the armor increase?
Is the 969696 rotation really that great? It's not a big hassle to get the point into Improved Judgements, since I'll be maxing Deflection for cheap avoidance, but I've heard mixed opinions about how "necessary" it is.
Should I rely on others for all interrupts, or is it worth the points in Improved Hammer of Justice to be able to interrupt myself twice a minute? While I've found few instances where boss spells are interruptible, those instances seem to be absolutely key.
Since a good number of our spells are instants, is Benediction a good secondary talent for mana conservation? I'm looking at this primarily from the solo farming aspect.
Reckoning: It's the black sheep of the Prot tree. However, I feel like I'm getting all the key talents and still have a number of points left over; will this actually up my damage a significant amount(especially when farming or off-tanking)?
Last but not least, Pursuit of Justice: If I'm taking Deflection and grab Benediction, unlocking tier 3 of the Ret tree, is Pursuit of Justice worth it for the reduction in disarm times? I'm not sure of the proliferation of disarms in the raid content in WotLK.
Your informed opinions are, as always, greatly appreciated. :)

I agree with everything brownjohn said. Extremely well-reasoned.

Thanks Brownjohn!
This
is what I'm thinking about right now. I considered putting the last two points into SotP, but I decided that for those times when I'm off tank and I don't have adds that Divine Guardian would be a better choice.
I actually had given some consideration to attempting to build a "Bashadin" set including high block rating and Reckoning, and high Block value, just to see what the damage would be like, but I'm putting that on hold until I have my tanking set and spec settled.
Any other comments?
