This is my preference set-up and a guide

Rotation
Active; Defensive Stance and Commanding Shout
Cooldowns; Avatar or Skull Banner
• Shield Slam
• Thunder Clap
• Revenge (Dodge or Parry x3)
• Shield Block (Use When have 60% Rage or More)
• Shield Barrier (Use When have 60% Rage or More on Boss)
• Shockwave (Use on boss)
• Devastate
• Heroic Strike (ST) or Cleave (MT) Use when have 90% Rage or more
• Execute (Use when boss is 20% of health)

Not necessarily. We have a priest and a DK in our raid group, which cover both of the buffs the warrior shouts give. Unless you don't have either of those classes in your raid, shouts are there for rage.

Edit: Also, Dragon Roar is more suited for raiding. It always crits, and when you get vengence stacked high enough it'll hit for 300k or more, especially when macro'd with Bloodbath.

That is true. I haven't used Shockwave since I didn't need to do dungeons because I found it easier to line up with BB cooldown. As for Storm Bolt, I've never used it and from what I've heard it doesn't make much difference. I honestly thing it comes down to ones play style.

storm bolt suppose be used in protection rotation and it is like highest damage dealing skill prot warriors get and it is has 30 sec cooldown. In boss fight I able %^&* lot damage and works like colossal smash but with the debuff prot warriors

I tested out SW versus DR in the same dungeon, ran twice, last night. My overall damage for SW was about 4mil, whereas DR was at about 7mil. Being able to crit the boss really helps, especially when SW was only hitting a boss for maybe 30k but DR for about 300k

Now on progression, I can see SW being valuable on the Horridon fight where there are adds to control. I'll probably be using it tonight, with SB for the ones that spawn in at the boss.

In all, the abilities are all situational.

anyway you like prefer Dragon roar but I Shockwave shock cooldown and get use it more offend
