Protection Warrior PVP

Does anybody have advice for this? I've been doing a few BGs as prot now and I think it's great fun, a brilliant change from being forced to PVP as arms spec.

Currently I use http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=LVMZhxZVItrg0zidIzsGo, would it be better to drop the points in Cruelty and take both Iron Will and Impale? I will be using this build to PVP and also tank heroics/maybe raids so I don't want to change too much in the Prot tree.

Also, on the subject of gear, I'll obviously need resilience soon so I'll need to start buying the Savage kit. However the set bonus (shorter Intercept cooldown) isn't great for me because I'm in Defensive Stance most of the time, and with Charge on a 12 second glyphed cooldown and usable in combat, I don't need Intercept as much. I can't use Hamstring in def stance either.

You can't really argue that there should be a different set for protection because PVP gear is very stamina budgeted to begin with. It would be nice if the hamstring rage cost reduction/set bonus was perhaps something all three trees could benefit from equally.
