PTR - Three new enchants...which slot?

Three new enchants are available. They increase Agility by 50, Strength by 50, or Intellect by 50 respectively. Item level 300 or higher required. These new recipes are rare world drops.
Is it just me, or are these missing the slot they go on?
(That is the same patch note I see on all the sites I look at)

Ah, interesting. I wonder if this was done to make it so LW wasn't as OP (since you were replacing 50-65 of a secondary stat with 130 of a primary stat).
