I would think with all the dots, you wouldn't give much time to cast fire spells. Plus, you got shadow mastery in aff, so might as well cast shadow, since you're buffing the hell out of it. The emberstorm points are a waste imo.
Take the 5 out of emberstorm and put em in demo or aff and you got a mildly good build, throw up dots, do a few shadow bolts, refresh dots, repeat.
doesn't look like the dps would fare quite well compared to the end of the talent tree skills.

too many useless talents, because they are together
there are no points of shadow mastery & emberstorm, fel concentration & intensity, 3/3 eradication, improved drain soul on here
by me, this is a wotlk bad gravedig of the old SM/Ruin that will never work good

yes, as has been said you're bending over backwards to get emberstorm and that is a mistake. you're giving up some very powerful talent in deep aff and getting something useless in destro.
at this point we have 4 cookie cutter builds. if you make a build of your own look at the cookie cutter that is the closest to what you made and look at what you've got that the cookie cutter hasn't THEN look at what the cookie cutter gets that you don't. you'll very quickly see what you've missed and why your build won't work.
