PvE DPS help

Hey all this is my first post but, I have been reading alot on this forum on how to improve my Naxx raid dps I would like your help to get the optimal rotation and talent spec for DPS. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ner%27zhul&n=Kalcor here's my profile, I know there are some enchants that i need for my gear that aside please give me some input on my build things i could/should change. also the rotation i am using is as follows:

I spam this and serpent sting when needed is there anything i should be including into my rotation to optimize DPS? Currently i am between 1800-2100dps against patchwerk, most of the other naxx bosses it drops dramatically, my guild just dropped Sapp and KT tonight and my DPS was around 1500, i have guild mates say they've seen hunters with far worse gear have better DPS so i know i am doing something wrong. Any and all help would be greatly appreicated, thanks all.

as far as my pet goes everything is on auto, should i have them in a macro? same with rabid and call of the wild, I'm not good with making macro's so any help would be appreciated. my CD's macro is:
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0;
/cast Bestial Wrath
/cast Kill Command
/use 13
/cast Blood Fury
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1;
/script UIErrorFrame:Clear()

after hitting this macro i pop rapid fire as well. AoV i only stay in until about 50% mana. I do use mana pots when able and flasks to help AP. thanks for all the help I continue to look forward to all your help.

my glyphs are BW, Steady S, IAotH.. so should i macro Rabid and CoTW?

Yeah im using a cat, i will put rabid into the steady shot macro. I pop my CDs and rapid shot, then will pop readiness imediately after all CD's are done and hit CDs again.

Thanks for all the help leth, it was my pets gcds on auto that was causing the problem, as soon as i put them into my macro my dps shot up to around 2800-3000 for tank spank bosses in naxx. Got my dps up to where it should be ust in time for the nerf lol, thanks again for the help.
