Generally speaking, PVP gear lacks important stats for a raiding priest such as Spirit and Mana per 5, and has less Intellect and Spellpower than PVE, while focusing more on Stamina and Resilience. If you've only got PVP gear then you will probably run out of mana pretty fast in Naxx. Don't count on other the healers carrying your weight.
