As a general rule, you should type your thread in Wowhead to use the format tools, copy-paste in Word than post when it's complete. If you don't do that, your guide will be broken by feedbacks and questions.
Now about your content:
- Drums of war is mandatory. Being able to mash demo shout to unstealth rogues and druids is great, to spam piercing howl while running after a kiter while saving rage for burst and even if pummeling in low rage situation is rare, it can happen. It's certainly way better than toughness.

Demo shout no longer un-stealths rogues and drums of war doesn't affect piercing howl as of the last patch.
Damn...
Poor warriors...

Rallying Cry! Or shout. Or whatever it's called.
S'not much, but it's enough for me. I personally thought people getting dragged out of stealth by a guy running around screaming his lungs out didn't make too much sense anyway.
Can we please stop bringing the "it doesn't make sense from a realism point of view argument" on the table.
The Video Game Industry threw realism in a bin decades ago ( super human plumber jumping 4-5 times his height, eating mushroom to double his size and saving a princess ruling a kingdom of mushroom people from a red-haired turtle/dinosaur. )
Even the most "realist" games ( Flight simulator comes to my mind ) tweaks reality ( ex: fixing a crashed plane and teleporting it to the airport in 4-5 seconds ).
Rallying Shout is nice but doesn't change the fact that when Blizz gave high mobility to the warrior class, they balanced the game around it and a gameplay was developed. And when they saw that warriors were rampaging PvP in early season 9, they choose to gut that gameplay we grew to love instead of fixing the new unbalanced stuff.

Because most of the times, realism will not be considered a priority. Balance and fun will usually comes 1st. There's many WoW facts that doesn't make sense, even if we forget that we are in a fantasy world.
