Slightly edited Penelopy's linked build. In my opinion it is slightly better for arenas. I added Arcane Fortitude, 2/2 Arcane Subtley, and 2/3 points in Arcane Impact. In my opinion it is better then having 5/5 in Magic Absorption, especially in arenas.

You could also sacrifice 2 points from Arcane Focus to have Magic Attunement.
