You'll be able to obtain these pieces with arena points and a few honor if you have the rating to get them.
No pvp armor ( helm, shoulders, chest, pants and gloves ) will be obtain with only honor ( besides crafted gear like

Off-set ( necks, rings, boots, belts and bracers ) will be buyable with honor.
For armor pieces ( helms, shoulders, chest, pants and gloves ), you'll need to do arenas. 3 differents sets will be offered for every class and specs. ( 3 sets for balance druid, 3 sets for resto druids, 3 sets for feral druids, etc... ).
-A blue quality set ( Savage ), buyable with some honor and arena points, no ratings required.
-An epic armor set ( Hateful ) , buyable with honor and arena points, ratings required ( around 1550 to 1900 if I remember right )
-Another epic set ( Deadly ), buyable with honor with high ratings required ( up to 2200 ).
Short answer, If you want to have a full pvp set, you'll need to do arenas.
