PvP Gearing Hunter

As I dinged 85 I was under pressure cuz of guild wanted me to gear up in heroics to go raiding which I did.After I geared I got bored with all those heroics and stuff so now I wanna do some PvP with friends in meantime between raiding as I got some extra free time at this point.And as I didnt max my honor I had only honor to buy shoulders.And now after 10-15 queue (I think thats pretty lucky) I join some battlegrounds.I notice all those changes and PvP mechanic it much more different from it was in Wotlk.And now I see how much honor we get per BG.And its just rude and poor. PvP Items are just to expensive and I dont think anyone who is using their character for both pve and pvp on some normal level doesnt have time for collecting all those things.So now my questions are:Is it worth to buy that LW PvP set for hunters? Any other ways of getting fast honor besides doing BGS and WG/TB? How much resilience should I have before stepping into real PvP and arenas?

Just do TB everytime it's possible, and WG at least once a week for the weeklies.. Can't really think of something else.

Step 1: Buy crafted PvP set.
Step 2: Do Tol Barad whenever you can, random BGs during the week, and whatever the weekend BG is on the weekend.
Step 3: Find someone looking to get conquest points and get 5 arena wins each week.
Step 4: Upgrade gear as honor/conquest is available.
