I'm sorry, are you Fire?
If you are, people will notice fast. If they do, they'll remember the universal truth of "Fire Mage = Free Kill".

Seriously, had the most fun little fight in WG.
I was there farming Eternal Fire when this mage Blasts me. I start running cause I'm at like 60% health.
Then he cast Living Bomb. I realise he's Fire.

I turned around, summoned the elemental and made it long and painful so he'll remember to spec better next time.

HAI.
I'm the fire, maybe you are hearing of me?

I haz many pewpewz, I is like lazerz, I can beathe dragons or even turn you into a bomb!

My waves are so powerful they blast you back!

In all seriousness, I am fire and I LOVE it. I can kill just as well if not better than I managed as frost. Don't descriminate, any spec can excell played well.

I really dont have that arena problem.. I think mages have plenty of escapes that goes equal to their silly armor.

Anyway frost is 100 % pvp and I can live with some people taking arcane... but fire in pvp ? no sir that is insanity.

Now now, that's not quite true. My arena team with my brother wasn't the best, but we stayed around a rating of 1500.

On to the point: quite a lot I found myself in the situation of my brother dying and me being left 1 vs. 2. I'm sure you've guessed where this is going, and here it is: I came out on top in that situation many times. Obviously it's impossible to kill two hunters, and much harder to kill two casters than two melee classes, but I managed it sometimes.

Basically, if you know how to play your class, you too can kill two retribution paladins at the same time! I'm not trying to brag, it's just I consider myself a good player, and have been playing a mage since the game was released, and I have always done PvP over PvE.

Every BG/arena i enter battle and 5 guys are on me already every single time i guy attacks me before everyone else... WTF .. i demand more armor/HP for mages

you DO realize that if mages had more armor/hp than we'd be highly unstoppable right? lol.. just don't rush to the forefront of the group.. that's BOUND to get you killed.. lag back and stay behind a warrior or a ret pally or (if you're lucky) a DK... dude... that would be a sick 2s team.. DK/Mage... omg... /drool
