I'd avoid death rune mastery unless you're going for a blood build, as it will not keep the blood runes as death runes (using obliterate will convert death runes back into blood runes instead of refreshing them as death runes), you can put 2 points in 2H spec and you have a 3rd point to put somewhere else. On some of your talents in frost, you should either finish them or not get them at all. For example, I'd put 5 in toughness, and I'd either go 0/3 or 3/3 chillblains. If you use CoI a lot, I'd skip chillblains.

, putting points from Runic Power Mastery into Icy Reach if you need the extra range. I personally would take the points out of bloody strikes, though, and put into both of the talents mentioned in the previous sentence.

Interesting... this build is 50% "I know what I am doing" and 50% "I randomly click on the talent calculator".
