Quest Givers Gone......

So I have Carbonite and I had it all set up to show me where the quest givers were and all of a sudden they all disappeared. No longer displayed on the map.
I made sure I had the latest version, I have the "show on all continents" box checked, and seeing as how I'm almost computer illiterate I'm wondering if anyone can help figure out what I've done wrong.
