Rotation looks good, but you may want to consider putting Immolate in right after UA -- treat them as a single dot w/ 3 sec cast. If you spec
Molten Core
and pick up the
Glyph of Immolate
it may boost your DPS -- at least what I'm hearing.
As far as CoA or CoE, depends. If you have an unholy DK or boomkin in party/raid, CoE is a waste. I usually only bother throwing up CoE in a 5-man when we're running caster heavy DPS. Hurts my personal DPS, but the boss is downed much quicker.
