Combat's higher on the boring factor than Mutilate; if you find Mut that painful, I wouldn't suggest trying Combat.

Why would you use out of site links?
Combat is easy but i'd get a good fist MH and a fast dagger OH and go 5/5 CQC with a combat spec.
Something along these lines.
