imo, always stay in the easiest area that gives XP. i ended up skipping terokkar forest because i just went straight to nagrand, but doing the easiest zone available will obviously speed leveling even more. easier kills=faster lvling

Personally my preffered leveling is Hellfire at 58 or 59 -> Zangermarsh at 62 -> Nagrand at 64 and onto Netherstorm at 67.

my lvl took me to:

Helfire > Zangermarsh > Terrokar > Nagrand.

then i was 68 and moved to northrend. if you need to finish up a few XP, go to netherstorm for solo grinding quests, shadowmoon valley has more group quests.
personally i hate blades edge especially if you don't have a flying mount which you wont while lvling.
