Question about patch size and any errors

I had most of the patch done last night or so I thought. It was at 20.8 out of 21.0g I came on today let it update and i saw that it was still updating it seem 5 more gigs? Is this right? Also I click the play button Just to get a look and ever since then i can get back to the launcher screen. I got a update setup file on right now but I can not tell if it is moving and I made it to the launcher screen a few times but it just sit on initializing? O-o
Anyone having problems I was just trying to get back to the 5gig download so that i can watch my download speeds etc
