as fmatt says all these glyphs are really good and when we debate which one to use we're talking about some very small numbers difference between each one.
that said, the tier 9 bonus has been taking into account when we make glyph recommendations so as far as which glyphs are "best" the recommended ones still apply to you once you get 4pcT9.
