This may be a silly question. I read all the time about Poison cap. Is that gained by hit rating?

Also is this the correct way to go on stats with my gear?
Agility
Expertise
Crit rate
Hit rate
Armor penetration

If I remember correctly my Hit rating is about 165 at this time. I'm lvl 78.

Any help would be gladly received. I don't know how to link my char. or I would.

get Agi/AP until 80

after this, get a spreadsheet

your life will be a lot simplier. You will be able to know okay, ill not loot these glove because they give me 1.36% less dps than the one i wear. Etc

it will also help you in the choice of enchant/gems.
