Actually, go to Darkshore. There's quest still availible even though you are 20 and it'll boost you to about level 21-22 by the time you're done. This will give you a head start when you head over to Ashenvale.

Then head to Ashenvale. I did those quest and then moved on to Stonetalion Mountains.
