So you're 80, you've run countless heroics and have a few epics and are itching to start raiding on a regular basis. But don't know where to start.
I'm just wondering which WotLK raid you would recommend to a guild just starting out.
Sartherion and Archaevon in normal mode seem pretty straight forward. Moving into Naxx seems natural but which wings and in which boss order would you recommend to tackle first ?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sarth and Arch are certainly pushovers, Arch even more so than Sarth. (Almost to the point where my guild thinks Arch shouldn't give tier gear, but that's another discussion).
For Naxx 10 man, we normally do NE, SE, NW, SW; so Spider, Plague, Construct, Death Knight. That's how we did it on the first night (due to someone "hearing" that that was the order of easiness), and that's just how we've been doing it since.
The thing about Naxx is that some fights are tank checks, some fights are healer checks, some are DPS checks, and some are just "can you not be stupid" checks. In all honesty, you might wipe once seeing an encounter and then have no problem. The only ones I think might be a bit tricky are:
Grobbulus: everyone needs to pay attention and be on their toes
Thaddius: lag issues can be huge here and party members can drop quick if you don't switch fast enough, otherwise it's pretty easy.
Razuvious: gimmick fight, might take a few attempts before your tanks are comfortable with the switching and rechanneling
Sapphiron: we had a heck of a time the first week we did attempts. Next week (and some FR gear) and we were amazed how easy
Everything else is pretty darn straight forward.
For 25 mans. Arch and Sarth are just as easy. For Naxx some of the easier encounters from 10-man become the hardest in 25-man. Patchwork is pretty much a pushover in 10-man, but in heroic you need solid tanks and really solid healers. The hurtful strikes hit the OTs for ~22k. Surprisingly we keep one-shotting Grobbulus, but Thaddius... Thaddius has a pretty tough enrage timer that requires everyone to stack and no one to die (and no one to miss the jump down to his platform). I've heard rumblings that Thaddius is considered the toughest boss in 25 man Naxx.
Anyway, that's my standpoint. I'm MT for my guild and we've downed all the 10 man content and all of the 25 except for Sapphiron / KT and Malygos . 10-man Naxx is down to about a five hour clear.
