Raid specing not frostfire

i am concerned about specing for raids i want to do something other that the frostfire spec so i made up this spec if anyone has any input id love to here it or any suggestions or any alternatives.

what about this instead imlike the idea of the hybrid be cause its different i dont really see the dmg matttering or being any less then full fire or full frost, its all gear dependant regardless.

well if anyone has an alternative spec ill try it out and see if i like it im not married to this one i just dont want frostfire plus its getting nerfed soon anyway
