Range bug on ablilities ? (Feral)

Hello

I noticed this range bug on my abilities (not auto-attack) in 2 cases:

1) In PvP.

2) When a mob runs away from me.

Will this be fixed soon or do I need to make sure my face is in my opponent's pants to land a hit.

The bug's been around forever and although hundreds of complain thread were created nothing has been done.

Cat Form (Night Elf) melee attack range was too short compared to Tauren Cat Form and other attack ranges. It has been increased.

I've noticed that even since they made this change (whatever it was), I still sometimes find myself out of range when it looks like I'm on top of them. As the above posters said, it's still either a bug or latency or both.

Basically what that did was change the night elf feral range bug so that it was only as bad as the tauren feral range bug. Which is a step in the right direction, but, you know ... it's still a feral range bug.

I'm not really sure why they don't just modify the models. If they could change it for just Night Elves, then why in hell couldn't they just fix it as easily?

I bet they want to tack it on to the expansion so people say "WOW WAT A GRATE EXPANSHUN". No, no that can't be it, since everyone will get the mechanic changes regardless of their expansion-ness.

I don't know, I give up :).

happens to me in arena's, usually best to run halfway through them then try to attack...for night elf druids anyways
