Ranged weps and trinkets for a prot warrior?

Hey everyone, i'm a fairly new prot warrior here. I was wondering what the best ranged weapon for an 80 warrior is? And i was also wondering if http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27529#comments is still a viable item for mass-pulling low level instances (stocks, cath, etc...)? Any input is nice :)

i think its very good trinket, if your Shield Block is up and you block from trash 50 hits its 50*120=6000HP which is nice and when tanking lower instances your chance to block is much higher (i think) so you will block more frequently

The best ranged weapon for a tank is the Armor Plated Combat Shotgun.

Any gear is fine for low-level instances - you could probably clear stockades naked reasonably fast. So no reason to keep that crap trinket around for that.

I thought it was, just wasn't quite sure. And thanks for the input, i've always liked the trinket and have seen it put to good use by a prot warrior before we were actually AoE viable so i wasn't quite sure. I think based on your input that it would only be helpful for single pulling instances like cath.

yes it still is a good trinket untill you get to 80. I would say getting some of the trinkets in Hall of lightining, and other level 78-80 instences will do you alot better. But as for leveling, i would recomend using it. Still viable and could help you out.

The trinket is crap imo. I wouldnt use it even at 70.
