Seems a pretty standard pvp build. Maybe a few points in Nature's Guardian wouldn't hurt, but that spec is viable for pve too. Almost same as i use, and im pretty happy with it.

U screw 5% crit by not having any points in tidal mastery. And since shammy has some "crit proc" stuff thats no good idea.
