Rate my PvP Ret build

Oh look another newb posting a talent tree! yayyyyy. My theme for this build is HoJ stun. Let's say I have a Paladin PvP Set (-10 sec cd), Imp HoJ (-30 sec cd), items like Hero's Brand (+0.5 sec stun), and Glyph of HoJ (+1 sec stun).

7.5 sec stun (6 + 1.5)
20 sec cd (60 - 40)

Assuming you have no backup and no way to escape this spell, you'll be stunned for 22.5 seconds every minute you're fighting the paladin. Add Repentance (heal up then cast SoC) into the mix every minute for more stun harassment.

Thoughts? Yes I know this build would suffer from diminishing returns but I still like the concept :)
