Just looking at gear alone I would say that you have enough to do entry level 10 mans as DPS. Get your gear enchanted though. Even if you think, " Oh it will be replaced soon". A general rule to go by is if it's blue, enchant it with the best in slot enchant. You can pick up a shoulder enchant from the reputation faction "Sons of Hodir" and I believe the Ebon Blade faction has a DPS head slot enchant.
