You need zero hit and expertise to tank. Reforge as much of it as possible into Mastery or avoidance. Also, following the linked character's gemming strategy isn't advisable. This is no longer WotLK where healers have infinite mana and avoidance means very little. In fact, it's the opposite. You want as much mitigation and avoidance as you can get, while still wanting some stamina.

is my armory.
take a look at my talents and gear please.
im almost exalted with dragonmaw for
Boots of Sullen Rock
and then im going to start Ramkahen for
Sandguard Bracers
give me some feedback thx
My notes:
Enchants need work (personally I would not enchant expertise, mastery is king if not available go stam)
Your 316 ring is easily upgradeable with the therazane ring
Don't gem expertise if your socket matching go for a parry gem (personally I chose to use mastery hybrid gems because mastery is awesome with a side of win for paladin tanks)
Reforging mastery into dodge like on your trinket is a direct downgrade in overall damage avoided
I highly dislike your spec to be polite, I ask you this, why gem and reforge for threat when you didn't pick up threat talents in your spec?
Professions max them already, thats a massive loss of stats for laziness
