mp5 is no requirement for raiding.
A 30crit 20k mana pally with 0 base mp5 still shouldnt run out of mana if cooldowns are used properly.
Int and Crit both convert into mp5... divine plea + illumination.
Divine Illumination at healing intensive moments.
Really, gokker007, if you can heal heroics without too much difficulty you will be fine in naxx.
Keep on your toes, or your "hands" since we're paladins :)
