PVM? If you mean PVE, BM has been proven many times to do more damage than MM.

Toolio is correct. Until you start getting some of the Mt Hyjal/BT gear that stacks those stats needed for either MM or SV, BM is considered the best way to go as far asa raiding spec for Hunters.

you might want to go marksman, BM is good in pvp but with pvm you'll get more dmg with marksman. be careful though you wont have as much life. so make that tank do his job
That's a big negative.
