Removing Addons From List?

When you remove it from your addon folder it should no longer show in the WoW addons list. Are you sure you are deleting from the correct place and completely removing it? Do you use Vista? If so, check the Users -> Public -> Games and see if there is a WoW folder. If there is, this is the folder you should be deleting unwanted addons from.
