I was wondering now that im 80 what rep should I start with first or work on first...and what should i be getting with my rep and badges which items are currently what i need to be trying to get etc...im not really familiar with all the crazy enchants and little items all over vendors and what not. Any advice would be very helpful thanks.

I'd be helpful if you posted a link to your Armory, so we can see what gear you already have.
Reputation wise, I'd go with the Kirin Tor as they have a very good Dagger once you hit Revered. The Wyrmrest Accord is probably a good second choice, as you can get some nice Epic boots once you get Exalted with them.
Badge wise, it depends on your gear. Good choices are the off-hand (
Ward of the Violet Citadel
), the trinket (
Sundial of the Exiled
)and the belt (
Plush Sash of Guzbah
).
There's some more pieces of badge gear you might like, but I'd grab the above 3 first.
