Ok I have done all the quests and dungeons a few times and am still just halfway to exhaulted how do I get it for Thunder Bluff and silvermoon and trolls. I have the tabs on :(

Tabards only work in 1-60 dungeons, and 80-85 Cata ones.
What level are you? And have you been doing all of the zones as you've gone along; as in, do them all, do Durotar, do Mulgore, do Tirisfal, do Eversong, and rinse and repeat.
If you are 'max' level, or over 65, go back and full clear Blackrock Depths with the city tabard on; you'll get a metric crap ton of rep for doing that.

The city tabards don't work in BC or Wrath dungeons....or did they hot fix that in and I didn't notice it?

I did Blackrock last night and i am in my DSTrolls tab am level 82 I am redoing all dungeons and i need 10k more rep with like 5 diff fac to get exhaulted. I have done all quest I could find in Eastern area and I am 3/4 way done in Kali... I just am not finding more quests. I hope to finish desolace today and see if it takes me closer but so far it is for Cenerion Circle only. I am trying to get my rep up here in hopes one day to get a dragon :) Hubby is going to help me with the Bronze mount next week I am also doing all the quests so I know them and hope to recall what to do with future toons. I did hear rep was good to have and the perks are great. I exhaulted Orgimmar, Horde Expe, and Tranqullan I am almost there with Aldor but I doubt that has perks

They've worked in Wrath dungeons for months now. I'm not sure about TBC, I remember there was a blue post about it a while ago, but I can't remember if they said they fixed it or if they're working on it.
That's why I asked if there was a hot fix and I didn't notice lol; last I heard, which was when Cata first came out, was that the new City Tabards only worked in the dungeon brackets I put above. But yeah, for BC, as those dungeons have their own personal reps, don't think they work there.

Been leveling lots of alt last month and almost all of them got the ambassador title when comming to outland but then almost only lvling in dungeons
