Replace PMC?

When am I able to find gear that can replace Primal Mooncloth
I'm a paladin (Okay laugh now)
I took the time to gather for this set because I haven't had T4 drop in 4 months for me.
Is T4 or 5 better then PMC from a standpoint of mp5=spell crit?

If you're in Karazhan or equivalent gear and you're in t4 dungeons, you shouldn't really have problems healing in that gear. PMC shouldn't be needed. Besides, it has no stamina and it also has that useless spirit stat.
Yes, crit can equal a certain amount of MP5, but it also isn't as steady. You can have bad streaks. Some people prefer one or the other; I like a mix.
In order for us to really say "stick with this", we'd need to know what other options you have access to and what exactly you're raiding. But typically, you'll find most paladins will never wear Primal Mooncloth.

I do have the PMC and the Whitemend Hood on me, Ive already created them, my question was when are they replaceable?
Off the top of my head I can list the healing gear I have
Whitemend Hood w/ Honor Hold ench
Heroic Necklace
PMC Shoulders w/ Scryer Exalted ench
Heroic Ramps Cape
PMC Chest w/ +6 MP5
Bracers of Justice w/ +6 MP5
Season 2 Plate Gloves w/ +30 to healing
PMC Belt
Legplates of the Innocent w/ Exalted Aldor ench
Boots of Valiance w/ Vitality
Kara Revered Ring
Headless Horseman Ring
Xiri's Gift (Shatar Revered Trinket)
Heavenly Inspiration
Lightsworn Hammer
Chess Event Shield w/ +12 Int
Almost every gem slot I have, I stuffed in +9 Healing and +2 MP5
Also, in response to what you said, Spi is not that useless, with the set bonus, I get 1 MP5 per 15~ Spi (lol) While that is minimal I do get stuff like the +44 to healing and 20 MP5 buff, GotW also helps with MP5 with that set. So Spi is not useless with that set, the lack of Stam really is the problem but PvE healing shouldn't have the healer targeted for damage.
So yeah, is T4 better then PMC or T5?

from what i can tell, the pmc + wm compared to t4:
similar + healing (due to bonus from wm)
~ 6MP5 from set bonus from pmc while spamming heals (spirit is useless when spamming heals!)
25 more MP5 on pmc & wm
4 more regular sockets on pmc & wm
1 meta socket on t4
70~80 int on t4
~120-130 stam on t4
67 spell crit on t4
~5.4k AC on t4 (~15-20% damage reduction)
20 + heal on FoL
personally, i'd go with t4 & wm for head and legs
