Death Knights can use
these
transmog sets (as far as sets listed in the database are concerned). I'm not sure what sets you're referring to in your question, as it's a little vague, but if you see the set in the list given by the link, then the answer is yes.
If you're specifically asking about the replica sets sold by the Darkmoon Faire vendors (
Battlegear of Valor
and
Lightforge Armor
), then yes - as plate sets and no class specific requirements, a DK should be able to use them.
