Speaking AP, Crit and Hit rating wise, what should I be aiming for when hit level 80 and want to attempt a raid in Naxxramas ?

Naxx can honestly be done with everyone in a few heroic blues/purples. As long as your members are capable at this game, you don't really have to worry about it.
So just gear up through heroics with guildies.

Well, if your guild is capable, probably. While you should strive to gear yourself as well as you can, if you get the best crafted gear you can make/farm for reasonably, and get good heroic items, yes you will do fine. There are some pretty good rep rewards that are easy to get as well, obviously.
