I started doing heroics with 1200 healing, 12k mana, 23% holy crit and ~130 mp/5. I was lucky with my tanks; their gear wasn't that good, but they were smart and knew what they were doing, so it worked out pretty well. It did cut close at times though, so I wouldn't suggest going below those stats. But as long as you're confident enough in your own ability, it should be just enough to get you started. You can drop your mp/5 a bit if your crit is higher, but I wouldn't recommend going below 100 mp/5 in the early stages.
