Patch 3.0.3 patch notes state that the cap is 33% damage reduction. You'll hit that point at 15% crit chance reduction or 1230 resilience rating at 80 however I believe you can still increase your crit chance reduction beyond that point, you just cannot further reduce the damage taken.
