Well I thought there would be more when I started the list, but haste is slightly useless IMO depending on what kind of healer you are.
Most of the caster gear purchasable with
Emblems of Heroism
contain lots of Crit/Hit/Haste.
I only use
Healing touch
with
Natures Swiftness
, but haste could be handy for
Nourish
I think its called.
Still,
Spirit, Intelligence, Stamina, Spell Power, and Mp5
are the most useful, haste is only useful if you stack alot of it.
For
Emblems of Valor
Bands of the Great Tree (haha)
Rainey's Chewed Boots
Disguise of the Kumiho
All great, also dont forget the
T7

Dont buy Savage gear, you'll be able to get them soon with a few arenas and some BGs.
Wotlk came with very few pieces of gear buyable with honor, I hope next patch will offer A LOT more.
If you really want to spend badges, t7 could be an option. If you think you'll have full t7 soon, just save your emblems.

Get whatever gear first you aren't able to upgrade through heroic drops. Don't buy pvp gear if pve is your aim. Buy the biggest upgrades 1st. Remember, the more heroics you run for badges the likely you will find upgrades, so shop smart. Aim for the largest upgrades and if you upgrade it through heroics, buy something else.
