The best luck i had so far was speccing WG and using it even on single targets simply as an extra HoT. It's ofc inefficient, but efficiency fights are more or less non existent atm. It's HPS vs DPS. Have all 4 HoTs rolling (Regrowth, 3xLB, Rejuv, WG) and keep up Abolish, in imp tree form (double armor) and Barkskin up. That might keep you alive through the initial burst most of the time (except 2 x Mutilate Rogues, which is game over), but you still need to get away, and fast. Play with a class that can either shield you (a Ret) or slow/peel the people DPSing you off. BM hunter should work for this (specced with Scatter Shot). I am looking for one to play with myself.
It might seem strange, but if you come against a double stealth team, your chances of living are actually better if you stand there fully hotted in tree form. If they find you in cat form you have a 2-3 sec lifespan.
The feral charge build you linked I think might work better later in the season. Atm the strongest teams will give you nobody to charge to (Ret/DK, Ret/Rogue, Rogue/Rogue etc.).
Your worst enemy is a skilled DK. Plague Strike coupled with Frost Fever is a game breaking joke imo. Kite or die.
